The Kabiki was recommended and was excellent. The room was very spacious and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. Gardens and pool are a gorgeous setting and lovely to relax in after the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place !
Only 1 very small point - only green tea available - perhaps a choice of green and black could be considered .

The hotel had a peaceful and handy location near Independence Monument. The rooms were a nice size and brand-new with own patio at the front and the beds were large...

Located within a guarded residential area near a high-profile residence, this hotel offers an oasis of calm in bustling Phnom Penh. the soothing swimming pool and separate eating area provide a refreshing retreat after a long day. the friendly and accommodating staff ensure a comfortable stay, with spotless rooms and stylish furnishings. Complimentary water and fruit are a nice touch.
Some areas of the hotel could use improvement, such as the bathroom amenities and breakfast options.

Reception staff were excellent when our pick up from the bus company failed to arrive - they made several phone calls to the bus company and finally organised a tuk tuk in order to make sure that we caught the bus to Siem Reap
The restaurant menu could be improved, but it is intended to be more of a snack type, pool side eating place rather than a main restaurant. Breakfast is good but can get a touch chaotic if all the guests arrive at the same time, as happened once during our stay.

The Kabiki in Phnom Penh is a quiet place with good Wi-Fi and an outdoor restaurant. The rooms are fashionable and the staff is amazingly great and compassionate during check-out. The American breakfast is delicious and there are many boutiques and a lovely bakery nearby. The juice is very nice.

Beautiful room, beautiful grounds and delicious breakfast. Good location a short tuc tuc from the riverfront. The hotel is also beside the Prime Minister's house with the army stationed at both ends of the street, which is nice and safe. Can order a pick up in a vintage Jag, which is a nice touch.
